Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Impulso Digitales provides professional maintenance services for existing photovoltaic solar installations, including but not limited to:

  • Panel cleaning with demineralized water
  • Infrared thermography inspection
  • Electrical system verification
  • Inverter maintenance and firmware updates
  • Safety system checks
  • Comprehensive reporting and documentation

3. Service Appointments

3.1 Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We will confirm appointment details in advance. Changes to scheduled appointments require at least 48 hours notice.

3.2 Access Requirements

Clients must provide safe access to the solar installation. This includes ensuring clear pathways, stable roof access where applicable, and notification of any hazards or access restrictions.

3.3 Cancellation

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Quotes

Service quotes are provided based on information supplied by the client. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ significantly from the information provided. Any price changes will be communicated before work commences.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept bank transfer, credit cards, and cash. Invoices are provided immediately after service completion.

4.3 Late Payment

Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to late payment fees as permitted by law.

5. Service Guarantee

5.1 Workmanship

Our work is guaranteed for 90 days from the service date. If issues arise from our service within this period, we will return to address them at no additional charge.

5.2 Limitations

Our guarantee covers workmanship only. It does not extend to:

  • Pre-existing equipment defects or damage
  • Damage from external events (weather, accidents, vandalism)
  • Normal wear and deterioration
  • Issues caused by modifications made by others
  • Manufacturer defects in equipment components

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Our Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence in performing services.

6.2 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining their solar installations between service visits. We are not liable for damage or performance issues resulting from lack of maintenance or external factors beyond our control.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Impulso Digitales or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reports and documentation provided to clients remain our property but may be used by clients for their installation records.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Quality

We provide services with reasonable care and skill using qualified technicians and appropriate equipment.

9.2 No Performance Guarantees

While proper maintenance improves solar installation performance, we do not guarantee specific energy output levels. Multiple factors beyond maintenance affect solar system performance.

9.3 Website Availability

We strive to maintain website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or due to technical issues.

10. Third-Party Equipment

We service equipment from various manufacturers. We are independent service providers and are not affiliated with equipment manufacturers unless specifically stated. Manufacturer warranties remain separate from our service guarantee.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes informally.

12.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Impulso Digitales regarding our services.
